Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado, together with the Department of Tourism (DOT) Reg. Dir. Ronaldo Tiotuico leads the unveiling of the book entitled Bigkis: Sangang Daan sa Iisang Daan” during it’s launch coinciding the 112th founding anniversary of the First Philippine Republic. The said book which was published by Joe Clemente, president of Arte Bulakenyo Foundation, Inc. explains and connects the importance of Bulacan in the Philippine history.
