PGB Online Procurement

The Provincial Government extends its service thru electronic procurement.

The E-Procurement section aims to provide transparency in governance by allowing the public to view all items and projects of the Provincial Government of Bulacan that are subject for bidding and quotation.

Likewise, this section authorizes registered suppliers of the PGB to post their proposals and bids for the "open bidding" of the items that are meant "for quotation". After the open bidding period (quotation only), all the suppliers who joined and submitted their proposals (electronically) should attend the awarding of winners on the date specified.

On the other hand, authorized suppliers with items and projects that are intended for "close bidding" should come "personally" to submit their bids to the Bids and Awards Committee of the Provincial Government of Bulacan.

SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTORS' REGISTRATION INFO

1st step	:	All PGB Suppliers and Contractors should register here to enlist in our Supplier's Database.
2nd step	:	Submit personally all the necessary requirements in the Bids And Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Bulacan.
3rd step	:	Once you have submitted all the requirements, the BAC will hand you a temporary password that you can use to login on the website to join the bidding. (Once you logon in the website you can change your temporary password in the link provided)
4th step	:	Logon to the internet and go to this address: http://www.bulacan.gov.ph/government/procurement
5th step	:	Logon to the E-Procurement
6th step	:	You may now submit your bids to the item/s you wish in joining the bidding.
