Bulacan Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado together with Environmental Management Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (EMB-DENR) Regional Director Lormelyn Claudio posted the "Closure" notice at the gate of the tire pyrolysis plant of Bio-Eco Solutions inc., in Bgy. Tabang, Guiguinto after it was found to be violating numerous environmental laws.
