Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado, together with Provincial Public Health Officer Dr. Jocelyn Gomez, receives the capitation fund worth P2.7 million from PhilHealth President and CEO Dr. Eduardo Banzon during the memorandum of agreement signing between PhilHealth and the Provincial Government of Bulacan. The program aims to provide Bulakenyos accessible and affordable health care services that will lead to better health outcomes and improved quality of life.
