After attending the brief program for the 434th Bulacan Foundation Day held at the Capitol Gym today, August 15, Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado personally facilitates the volunteers who initiated to help in the repacking of relief goods which will be distributed to the flood victims all over the province.
