CITY OF MALOLOS- Bulakenyo devotees and provincial capitol employees gathered at the Sto. Niño de Hiyas Chapel this morning to receive and hail the pilgrim image of the Our Lady of the Manaoag in this city.

According to Bulacan Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado, the visitation of the said pilgrim image aims to bring Mother Mary closer to the people of Bulacan.

“Ang pagrequest natin sa Mama Mary’s Movement na dalhin ang imahe ng Birhen ng Manaoag dito sa ating lalawigan ay isang panawagan na patuloy pa rin tayong magdasal at magpasalamat sa walang humpay na paggabay ng Mahal na Birhen sa ating lalawigan,” said Alvarado.

After the vigil at the Capitol Lobby, the said image of the Our Lady will be transferred to Bulacan Medical Center, Bulacan Provincial Jail and to a few local government units in Bulacan like Pulilan, Calumpit, Hagonoy, Paombong, and Bulakan until December 3.

Meanwhile, Mama Mary’s Movement Foundation (MMMF) Founder Bro. Jiggers Alejandrino extends his deepest appreciation for the warm welcome of the province.

“Sa Provincial Capitol namin napili so that everbody can come and pray. We want to unite everyone in love and prayer regardless of race, color, or creed as Mama Mary’s family,” Alejandrino added.

The Mama Mary’s Movement Foundation is a duly registered non-stock, non-profit religious foundation, breaking the barriers of color, race and creed to heal the shattered and the wounded and lead all of humankind to Jesus through Mary. ###
