CITY OF MALOLOS – Offering no cost medical services for eligible patients, the Provincial Government of Bulacan in cooperation with the Charitable Endowment Support (CES7) and No More Poverty (NMP) will hold its 2nd free medical services on July 12-19, 2013 at San Miguel District Hospital, San Miguel, Bulacan.

Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado said that this is one way of helping less fortunate Bulakenyos who cannot afford the high cost of surgeries.

“Nais po nating tulungan ang mga kababayan natin na walang kakayahan na magpagamot. Through a partnership like this, we can give Bulakenyos the best kind of health service as much as possible,” said Alvarado.

The seven-day free medical services will offer no cost surgical treatment to 40 pre-screened Bulakeños who are diagnosed with breast cancer, head and neck tumors and maxillofacial deformity (cleft lip and palate).

The first medical services were held in Calumpit District Hospital that benefited 35 Bulakeños last December 12, 2012.

CES7 and NMP are organizations and charities that provides much needed medical care in places where such care is greatly needed and beyond the reach of the impoverished.
