CITY OF MALOLOS - For the third time, Bulacan received sacks of rice dubbed as “Love from Taiwan”, a joint project of the World Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce (WTCC) and Taiwan Association in the Philippines in behalf of the less fortunate Bulakenyos, yesterday, July 13 held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium.

For this, you deserve our gratitude. These 2,000 sacks of rice are not just donation from the Taiwan government but considered as a love gift,” Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado said.

Alvarado said that every single donation to the province makes a big difference to the lives of Bulakenyos.

“Despite of our differences we were able to show them that we are one brotherhood under God,” the governor added.
