CITY OF MALOLOS – Twenty six children with harelip and cleft palate received their early Christmas gifts as the Provincial Government of Bulacan with the Philippine Band of Mercy provided them with free operation under the “Ngiti Mo Sagot Namin” program last November 21-23 held at the Baliwag District Hospital.
According to Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado, the said operation gave hope to beneficiaries to smile again.

Rowena Joson Tiongson, head of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office, said that it has been nine consecutive years that the PGB is doing the free replica rolex watches uk operation.

Raquel Mangulabnan, a resident from Pandi, expressed her gratitude after her 7-month son benefited from the said program.

According to Dr. Mel Anthony Cruz, plastic surgeon from the PBM, they are volunteer doctors who devote time for this kind of mission.

“Ang drive kasi ng PBM is not just gagawa ng libreng operasyon, kailangan you are empowering the local units to be able to handle ‘yung mga case na ‘yon so we provide doctors, nurses, facilities, ‘yung mga gamit sa operation para maoperahan ng libre ‘yung mga may bingot at mga ngongo. We are around 10-12 plastic surgeons and a couple of anesthesiologist para tumulong sa mga mission. And since maganda kasi ‘yung relationship with the province of Bulacan and Baliwag is relatively a good and equipped hospital so doon kami gumagawa ng free surgeries,” Dr. Cruz said.

After visiting the patients, Alvarado also handed some package for rolex replica sale soft diet of the newly operated beneficiaries. ###
