My warmest greetings to my fellow Councilors, the Philippine Councilors’ League (PCL), its officers and members.
As local legislators, the duty imposed upon each and every one of us is of paramount importance for we will serve as the voice of our constituents in the governance of local affairs and formulation of policies that will promote progress and development in our localities. I therefore encourage all members of the Sangguniang Bayan to be more active in the legislation of relevant resolutions to improve the quality life of our constituents.
