The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in the province of Bulacan joins the cyber world as we open a website that will provide our clients with accurate information on what we have done, are doing and will be doing, in the fastest way we can.

TESDA-Bulacan is the government agency tasked to manage and supervise technical education and skills development (TESD) in the province. It is one of the seven provincial offices of TESDA in Central Luzon that takes care of technical vocational education and training (TVET) in partnership with various groups and sectors .

This information age has made our lives easier. Access to data and information comes with a simple click. Dearth of information has become a taboo. Making your existence known is a responsibility that comes with being an excellent organization. This is our thrust.

TESDA-Bulacan will be one of the best public agencies in the province that provides responsive and efficient services to our clients. All our efforts are centered on the continuous implementation of our total quality management system. Excellent service, customer delight, outstanding partnerships with stakeholders, online communication: these are our major priorities for the next three years.

We believe technical vocational education is here to stay. As long as the country moves to survive and sustain its economic ascendancy, skilled workers will always be around. Our TVET graduates who later will join our Filipino workforce are the products of our converging efforts with our partners. Without them, TESDA –Bulacan will not be able to able to realize its vision.

Together we can draw the most relevant and effective TESD program consistent with the Provincial Strategic Development Plan that will spell success in developing the rich human resource potential of the province of Bulacan .
