PROVINCIAL TRAINING CENTER CALUMPIT (PTC CALUMPIT)
PTC/BMLTC Calumpit was established in April 1994 in response to the growing needs of industries for skilled manpower in the province of Bulacan. It is located in Poblacion, Calumpit and is being managed in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Calumpit.
Objective:
PTC/BMLTC Calumpit aims to provide livelihood and skills training programs to residents of Calumpit and its nearby municipalities and thereby give them access to wage and employment opportunities.
Management team
The Center is headed by its Training Center Administrator, Ms. Rosario D. Ignacio and assisted by a team of administrative and instructional staff who ensure that all programs and activities are implemented according to the standards set by TESDA and the Local Government.
Co-managing the Center is Ms. Yolanda P. Lopez of LGU Calumpit. Together with TESDA, the programs and activities are planned and decided collectively. A part of the LGU budget is provided annually for the operationalization of the Center.

What courses are offered at PTC Calumpit?
(All programs (Regular & Short term courses) offered are registered under the Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System (UTPRAS)
All trainees are required to undergo competency assessment after the completion of the course. Competency assessment is a requirement for graduation.

Competency Assessment
All trainees are required to undergo Competency Assessment after the completion of the course. This is in accordance to the implementing guidelines on Assessment and certification under the Phil. TVET Qualification & Certification System (PTQCS) Section 3 item 3.6 issued last 2005 which says: assessment for national certification shall be mandatory for all graduating students/trainees of programs registered under the promulgated training regulations is a requirement for graduation.

What are the requirements for training?
- Birth certificate (Xerox copy)
- Barangay or police clearance
- Proof of education attainment (diploma, report card, transcript of record)
- 2 pcs 1x1 ID picture
- Miscellaneous Fee (Php 110.00 for 1 uniform/T-shirt & Php 40.00 for ID)
