Ilocos Norte Governor Maria Imelda Josefa “Imee” Marcos admired the activity and the presence of active labor and small business in the leadership of creative of men and women.

9-in-1 pa. Asawa, anak, nanay, lola, lider, BHW volunteer, negosyante, kalipi, kaibigan, at marami pang iba,” Marcos said.

Meanwhile, Acting Governor Daniel R. Fernando stated that the project is not just for the resource of the beneficiaries’ families but also for the good of helping communities and of the country.

He also added that after the awarding of the kits, interview and evaluation will be conducted to know if the kits, used as capitals, have prosper and maintained.
