- To upgrade non-certified SS facilities.

2. Reduction of leading communicable & noncommunicable diseases
- To reduce incidence by 10% - Diarrhea, Pneumonia, PTB
- To reduce mortality by 2% - CVD, Cancer
- To reduce prevalence rate of malnourished children
