CITY OF MALOLOS – Bulacan Governor Wilhelmino M. In the Provincial Ordinance No. 116-T’11, PMA graduates 2LT Allen Mark Buljatin Tacorda, 2LT Florencio Mikael Esguerra Meneses, 2LT Joseph Lucas Labrador, ENS John Ford Intrampas Ravina, ENS Ferdinand Paolo Sarmiento Quincho and ENS Christian Jeffrey Mendoza were commended for their struggles to finish the curriculum of the most comprehensive military course in the country.

Also, they were given financial incentives by the Provincial Government during the weekly flag raising held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium.

The said graduates took their oath as official army men in PMA’s 26th Commencement Exercises at Fort Del Pilar, Baguio City.

Meanwhile, outstanding BulSU students Melody Ann Leonardo, Donn Angelo Teodoro, Fatima Suerte Felipe, Reymond Gabayoyo, Laurence Louie Lugue and Ronald Capule were also recognized through the Provincial Ordinance No. 117-T’11, for their triumph in the recently concluded Smart Telecommunication’s 7th Annual SWEEP Innovation and Excellence Awards held at SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia, Pasay City.

With their 3D-Dengue Detecting Device entry, they were able to topple various colleges and universities across the country.

Governor Alvarado acknowledged the indelible contributions of the said Bulakenyo youths and their victories proved the Bulakenyos innate intelligence and abilities.

“Sadyang kahanga-hanga ang mga kabataang Bulakenyo na nagpapamalas ng kahusayan sa kanilang mga talento at ang mga ganitong uri ng kagalingan ay nararapat lang na bigyan ng parangal dahil sa kanilang ipinamalas na kahusayan, katalinuhan at kagalingan,” said Gov. Alvarado. ###
