Bulacan holds another mobile passport service

CITY OF MALOLOS – The Provincial Government of Bulacan in coordination with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) will again conduct a Mobile Passport Service in the province.

In line with this, Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado encourages all the Bulakenyos to avail this fielding of mobile passport services being offered by the PGB in order to save time, money and energy.

Provincial Youth, Sports, Employment, Arts, Culture & Tourism Office (PYSEACTO) set March 1, 2012 as the deadline for the passport applications and submission of the duly accomplished forms and all other requirements at PYSEACTO while the appearance and final evaluation of the said applications will be on April 21, 2012 by the representatives of DFA at the Provincial Gym.

Only 600 applicants will be served in a first come, first serve basis and will have to pay the P1,200 mobile passport fee during the personal appearance.

For passport renewal, applicants are required to submit the following documents: old passport, photocopy of the first, last & all pages with marks in the passport, and Marriage Contract (MC) in Security Paper (SECPA) issued by National Statistics Office (NSO) for newly married women.

For new applicants, the requirements are as follows: Birth Certificate (BC) in Security Paper (SECPA) issued by National Statistics Office (NSO), two valid Identification Cards (photocopy) and NSO Authenticated Marriage Contract for married women.
