Monday, 09 December 2013
CITY OF MALOLOS- Seven delegates of American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL) and three multinational chief executive officers (CEO) will visit the province of Bulacan for a political study tour on December 10, 2:30 pm at Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center in this city.

According to Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado, the said study tour is a perfect avenue to attract potential multinational investors in Bulacan.

“Bahagi ng pagbisita nila dito ang presentation of the overall profile of Bulacan. Sa pamamagitan nito, maipapakita natin sa kanila na tunay na maganda ang lokasyon ng ating lalawigan bilang Gateway to the North,” Alvarado said.

The ACYPL delegates that will visit the province include Oklahoma State Senator Nathan Dahm, Wisconsin State Assembly Member Mandela Barnes, and Office of the Kansas Senate Vice President Chief of Staff Katie Koupal.

Meanwhile, the three CEOs are composed of Schale Communications President Steve Schale, eFedSystems Corporation Vice President Government Affairs Nicolee Amborse, Public Policy and Government Relations Analyst of Google Inc., Sarah Fisher and Comcast External+Government Relations Vice President Matt Summy.

ACYPL Election Study Program 2012 delegate Board Member Enrique dela Cruz, the one who requested the visit to the province, hopes that the said political study tour will generate jobs for the Bulakenyos.

“Umaasa ako na lalo pa nilang makilala ang Bulacan na kung saan maglagak sila ng investments dito sa ating lalawigan na magiging dahilan ng pag-unlad lalo ng Bulacan,” dela Cruz said.

Aside from the overall profile presentation of Bulacan, there will be a question and answer portion/discussion between the provincial government officials and mayors and the delegates. ###
