CITY OF MALOLOS – More or less 3,000 Bulakenyos from all over the province flocked in front of the Provincial Government of Bulacan building in this city headed by Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado to show their support in the proposed shifting from unitary to federal form of government during the “Go Bulacan for Federalism Caravan” held today.

The caravan that assembled from the City Walk for the District 1 participants; St. Agatha Square, Guiguinto for District 2; PTT Malimpampang, San Ildefonso for the Third District; and Santa Maria Municipal Hall for the Fourth District had a motorcade then gathered in front of the Capitol building where the program was held.

First District Representative Jose Antonio R. Sy-Alvarado assured the Bulakenyos that the congress is doing its best to support the passage of the new system of government.

For his part, Vice Governor Daniel R. Fernando called on the people who understands the scope of Federalism to educate those who has no knowledge so that more people will appreciate the benefits and advantages of Federalism.

The Go Bulacan for Federalism Caravan was organized by the Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte-National Executive Coordinating Committee (MRRD-NECC) and the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) with the support of the Provincial Government of Bulacan.
