This was the message of Gov. Daniel R. Fernando as he boosted the morale of Bulakenyo farmers and fishermen who attended the "Kumusta ka? Magsasaka at Mangingisdang Bulakenyo: Kumustahan at Talakayan sa Pagsasaka at Pangisdaan", Thursday morning at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium here.
The provincial chief executive also shared the province's plan on farming that includes establishment of Bulacan Farmers Training School and Bulacan Provincial Farmers Productivity Center.

There were also discussions on COVID-19 vaccination; presentation on Registry System for Basic Sector in Agriculture; Fisherfolk Registry System; Farmer Cooperatives and Associations Accreditation Requirements; and Requirements for PhilMech and DA Regular Mechanization.

Meanwhile, Noel Mauricio, chairman of the Municipal Agricultural and Fishery Council of Pulilan said the quick and simple gathering is important to them.

During the program, the Provincial Agriculture Office also distributed grocery packs and prepared cash raffle for the attendees.

Considering the IATF guidelines regarding the allowed participants in a venue, The Kumustahan which started in July 13 will continue for two more days in August to cover all 1,600 farmers and fishermen in the province. ###
