Bulacan elected officials to take their oath of office on June 30

CITY OF MALOLOS- Governor-elect Wilhelmino Sy-Alvarado will lead all elected officials in Bulacan as they take their oath of office on June 30, 2010 at the Provincial Capitol Gymnasium in this city.

Executive Judge Herminia Pasamba will officiate the oath taking of officials in the provincial and district level while incoming Gov. Alvarado will swear into office the officials of the three cities and 21 municipalities.

Alvarado will convene all the winners, regardless of their political affiliations, in a bid to show a united Bulakenyo leaders who are willing to lead and serve their constituents starting July 1 up to the next three years as mandated in the constitution.

He will also seize the opportunity during the mass oath taking to urge the new and veteran public servants to rally behind the realization of projects incorporated in his seven-point agenda including environment, health, education, transparent governance, livelihood, peace and order, and history and culture.

After the mass oath taking, Alvarado and his team will have a ceremonial entrance in the Capitol Building, the seat of the Provincial Government to signal their readiness to serve the Bulakenyos. ###
